S’more Baked Pro Oats

S’mores Baked Oats by @veganshannon

 

– 50g oat flour

– 10g @honesthempuk hemp protein

– 3 tbsp cacao powder

– 90ml unsweetened oat milk

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 2 tsp sweetener

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– chocolate chips / chocolate chunks

– vegan marshmallows

– biscoff biscuits

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the oat flour with the protein powder, cacao powder, baking powder and sweetener.
  3. Pour in the oat milk and vanilla extract and whisk until completely smooth. Add as many chocolate chips / chocolate chunks as you like.
  4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin / small ovenproof dish. Top with some extra chocolate chips / chunks, vegan marshmallows and two biscoff biscuits cut into smaller pieces.
  5. Place in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
