When we saw the amazing @mollybakez on instagram used our mallows in some of her yummy cookies we just had to share! These salted caramel and marshmallow choc chip cookies are to die for (Dont worry, No animals were harmed to make these). Molly used NoMo Chocolate and of course, our mallowtastic mallows for the inculsions! Here’s how to make them!

125g vegan butter,
175g light brown sugar,
1 tsp vanilla,
300g plain flour,
1+1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda,
1/2 tsp sea salt,
75ml oat milk,
300g Nomo hazelnut chocolate,
75g of freedom mallows – vanilla marshmallows
How to make:
Add 125g vegan butter to a bowl,
Add 175g brown sugar and vanilla extract to bowl and mix.
Add 75ml oat milk, 300g flour, bicarb and baking powder and then mix together.
Once combined, add chunks of chocolate and marshmallows and fold.
Once mixture is ready, roll balls of dough into roughly 125g and allow to rest in freezer for 20 minutes.
Then remove from freezer and pop straight into a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
Let cook for 10 – 13 minutes depending on how you would like the texture.
Leave to cool for 15 minutes and then enjoy your chocolate and Marshmallow vegan cookies 😍
