Mallow Love Heart Cookies

We have worked with the amazing Molly Bakez once again to bring you these super yummy vegan cookies! These lovely heart shaped cookies are the perfect way to tell someone you love them! To make these delicious vegan love heart cookies all you need is….

  • Love heart shape cutter
  • Rolling pin
  • 125 g of vegan butter
  • 70 ml oat milk
  • 325 plane flour
  • 100g of light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking power
  • 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate soda
  • 75 g white sugar
  • 200g ichoc vegan
  • 150 g Freedom Mallows
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tspSalt


  • Add your Butter sugars and milk to your mixing bowl- mix until combined.
  • Add in your flour, bicarb, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract and mix together until a dough is formed.
  • Then add in your white chocolate and freedom mallows. Mix once more and then start weighing dough balls of 80g.
  • Use your rolling pin to roll out the dough, then use your love heart shape cutter, once cut let your dough sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees
  • Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes
  • Once baked, let them cool down and start decorating.
