HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIE S’MORE BAKED OATS 🥣
Evidently Francesca’s love of porridge for breakfast has transferred from overnight oats to baked oats 😍 These brownie oats look soooo good and the entire bowl (including biscuits, marshmallows and toppings) came to 510kcal and 36g protein 💪🏽 Definitely another one of those that if you don’t have the exact ingredients work with what you got!
To make these beauties I used:
🥄 50g oats blended to a flour
🥄 35g @myvegan salted caramel protein (you could use chocolate protein but I just don’t like it…)
🥄 5g cocoa powder
🥄 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda and a dash of lemon juice
🥄 @myvegan vanilla flava drops
🥄 2 @rhythm108 chocolate hazelnut biscuits
🥄 16g @freedommallows mini marshmallows
🥄 @sweetfreedomuk choc shot syrup
👩🏽🍳 Pre hear your oven to 180C.
Mix all your ingredients together aside from your toppings in an oven safe bowl.
Once combined, add water until you have a thiccc but runny consistency.
Break up on of your biscuits and add half of your marshmallows to the mix.
Mix well so evenly distributed then pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked add the rest of your toppings and enjoy! 👩🏽🍳
