Ingredients
110gr vegan spread melted
165gr light brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
3tbsp soya milk or whichever you got available
220gr flour
1/2tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 bag of chocolates chips
1 bag marshmallows or combine half bag of vanilla and half bag of strawberry mallows

How to make it:
Heat up the oven to 150- 180°C. Adjust from time to time not to burn the marshmallows.
In a large bowl add the melted spread, sugar, vanilla and milk and whisk until smooth.
Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and incorporate nicely using a spatula.
Using a square tin with baking paper add 3/4 of the dough and press it nicely. Add 3/4 of chocolate chips then on top add the marshmallows.
Top it up with the rest of chocolate chips and crumble the remaining dough.
Bake for 20 to 25 mins checking from time to time.
