I bought these because I am veggie and didn't want to eat those marshamallows made with gelatin, an animal product. It is a shame they are so much more expensive than the gelatin ones, so they are just an occasional treat.

Purchased these for my boss who is vegetarian. She complained one day that you cannot buy vegetarian marshmallows. Was super easy to prove her wrong. The texture and the taste is exactly the same as normal marshmallows.

Being a born vegetarian means, I miss some food opportunities in the UK and US (eating in India is much easier).These vegan marshmallows (if you can call them that) feel exactly like the adorable picture on the cover.Huggable, chewable, tasty. My son is going through a hot chocolate drinking phase, so I purchased these to use as an extra topping. They have been ideal for this use (see photo). Value for money is not the best though in my opinion, as I saw a bag (different brand) in a local supermarket which was double the weight at half the price.

Really pleased Ocodo are stocking these now as I've only found them in a big health food chain. They have a lovely flavour and texture and I doubt anyone would know they're not full of gelatine. Gluten free too. Myself and my children love them!

These are smaller than I expected but they will be great fun mixed in with (gluten/dairy free) icecream and chocolate to make a fun summer pudding especially for children. They taste really lovely and I wouldn't go back to other mallows with their surprising ingredients.

Service was excellent but although they were described as "mini" marshmallows they were far too tiny like little offcuts.very disappointing.

Obviously those are better than NO marshmallows in hot chocolate but I found them very "synthetic" and yes I know marshmallows aren't natural but those had a weird aftertaste. Not terrible in hot chocolate but on their own I wasn't a fan and, as they aren't cheap, not sure I would buy regularly.

Quick delivery. But these aren't marshmallow 'bites' they're more like hundreds and thousands they're that small. Just disappear in hot chocolate/baking. Shame as we were really looking forward to vegan friendly marshmallows

I got these for a Hen do as the Hen is a Vegetarian, these were fantastic, they arrived promptly and were a great alternative. They were used in the hot chocolates and tasted great, as well as melting well in the drinks! I know some alternatives can taste a bit odd, but these are like normal ones. I will definitely be buying again!

The best marshmallows on the market even if a little pricey. The fact they have no gelatine in proves it doesn't have to be there in the first place!

Lovely marshmallows as there are not many vegetarian options out there. They are on the expensive side however compared to those that contain gelatine and you can get almost anywhere. The price is a bit off putting to be honest. They are very sweet so I only use a few at a time on my hot chocolate.

I have been veggie for ten years and have always had to sadly turn down any offer of little marshmallows with my hot choc or over a campfire. I didn't think there was an option so didn't mind- until I was given my vegan friend in secret santa- deciding to make her a vegan hot chocolate kit I sought out some marshmallows. As you cannot buy these in store I thought it would be a waste to only buy one when I would then have to pay a fairly hefty delivery fee so I casually bought myself five extra packets. I am so so glad this was not a waste of my money- the first pack was demolished in a day. I can't really remember marshmallows but my meat eating boyfriend assures me that these taste and have the same texture as the real deal. I love these marshmallows and they have made one vegetarian and (hopefully) one vegan very happy!

I purchased these mostly not paying attention. I saw a different type of vegan marshmallows and wanted to give them a try. Then I saw they would ship out in a month and I regretted it, but surprise, they shipped the next day and arrived in a week or so from Germany. Shipping/import? cost almost as much as the Mallos, I paid somehow like $14 dollars for them, but since they shipped so fast, I didn't notice in time to cancel. Don't really regret it, I have wasted much more on other things. I bought these for smorse but they are not that type of marshmallows.So for anyone who doesn't know about these like me:1. They are mini marshmallows, like the kind you see in swiss miss cocoa.2. this bag is basically a large candy bag and obviously designed for snacking, not actual cooking use.3. They are delicious, but thanks to the cost of shipping/etc prob wouldn't do again.I will try to put up pictures later from my phone, but that is the jist of it. Great snack, not really good for s'morse.

I bought these for a vegetarian friend as I was making her a 'hot chocolate hamper'. It's a shame I couldn't buy them in our local Holland and Barrett as postage for two small bags of marshmallows adds to the cost.... these are more expensive than regular marshmallows as it is! But my friend was delighted, and I got to try a vegetarian marshmallow topped hot chocolate and have to say these marshmallows are just as good as the normal ones. Delivery was really quick, and the website easy to use. Happy customer.

Prior to discovering these I (as a veggie) could never have marshmallows in my hot chocolate. These have now solved this problem and I can now have my the same hot chocolate as my (non veggie) girlfriend!

I was sent some of these with a Gluten free hamper and gave them to my son who is marshmallow mad but vegetarian so really misses out. They are the best we have ever had especially considering the price (I've paid much more for less tasty vegetarian marshmallows before) I will definately be treating him to them again.

As a vegetarian I hate the lack of veggie marshmallows. Most of the ones I found online didn't look like the marshmallows I remember so when I found these I ordered them straight away. They taste exactly how I remember normal marshmallows tasting.However when you add the price of postage onto the product itself, they are quite pricy for a small bag, but they're a great treat.

I had been longing for vegan or vegetarian marshmallows for AGES........I had these on the amazon basket saved for later for a while as wasn't sure if they were worth the price and ended up getting them as a treat for my 5 year old to roast on a fire with daddy. It was also my first taste at 28( yes I know it's sad...) and have to say that loved it. Wish could afford them more often.

I'm new to the whole internet thing, so my search for a vegetarian marshmallow was let's just say futile.Now after years,I have been a vegetarian for going on ten now, I have found them and let me just say mmmmmmm......I am no longer jealous of my husband munching on his,now I can pull out my own bag, a bit pricey but, especially delivery but I think well worth it.

Really love these marshmallows, bought the vanilla too. The three stars are due to the price. I knew the size of the bag before I bought them and got them as a treat for the family at Christmas but they are so expensive I won't be getting them again unless the price is more realistic.

These tasted OK and were great in my vegan Rocky Road recipe but they arrived squashed flat as they'd been sent out in an envelope so they were not lovely & fluffy like they should have been but I think this was a packaging error rather than a problem with the marshmallows themselves - I think they should've been sent in a small box.

These have a nice texture and taste good, but not as good as the vanilla flavour ones. Good for a rare treat as they are quite expensive for just a small packet.

I wanted to like these, but I found the strawberry flavour kind of sickly. Maybe if they toned down the strawberry a bit, also I would rather the pieces were bigger- just my personal preference :)

I've successfully used these in Rocky Road and hot chocolate milk as part of a vegan lifestyle. Friends and colleagues who have tried them don't notice any difference and love them as well. My new go-to brand!

These are very small and less than half size of 'normal' marshmallows. Maybe 2cm x 1cm. Because they are so small they do not toast so well. These were more sticky rather than fluffy. Good for taste and on top of a hot chocolate but we wouldn't buy again and would pay more for the handmade vegetarian ones you can get in other places (for the fish eaters out there the fish gelatine also sold here are worth looking at).

Taste as good as the real (gelatine-based) thing! I absolutely love these, the only drawback is the price, but worth it for a little treat. Have roasted them over a fire, chopped them and melted them in hot choc, as well as eaten them straight from the bag!

Exactly like premium traditional marshmallows. Had them with a delicious, creamy oat milk hot chocolate (made from real dark chocolate buttons). Yum!
