An ‘EVERYTHING’ Rocky Road🤌🏽

For when you literally want to throw everything into a bowl and end up with a dessert at the end, then this mixed bag rocky road is for you!

Here is @adatewithsam recipe however you can customise to whatever you like🥨

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
• 200g dark chocolate
• 1/4 cup @pana_organic hazelnut spread
• 2 TBS coconut oil
• 1 scoop @macrOmike chocolate hazelnut protein
• 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
• Handful vegan marshmallows
• 15g freeze dried raspberries
• Handful of fruity vegan jellies
• 1 chopped @macrOmike game changer bar

Method:
1. Melt the chocolate, hazelnut spread and coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat until fully melted.

2. Remove from heat and add all the remaining ingredients.
Mix until everything is coated fully in chocolate.

3. Pour into a small loaf tin lined with baking paper and set in the fridge to harden for 2 hours. Mine was approximately half the loaf tin and I made 4-5 bars!

4. Enjoy your chocolate fingers!!

Checkout the recipe below to find out how to make these delicious brownies packed with biscuits, marshmallows and chocolate beans 🍫

For the chocolate mix:
300g chocolate @magicmayan
150g golden syrup or rice syrup
100g vegan butter
Put the ingredients in a small pan and heat over medium heat until all melted.
Meanwhile in a bowl crush up 200g of biscuits with the end of a rolling pin then stir in 75g marshmallows @freedommallows and any other ingredients you fancy.
Line a small baking tray (mine is 26 × 17cms) with cling film or baking paper and pour the mixture in. Smooth the top and leave to set. If you want you can scatter a few more marshmallows on top before you leave it to set. I popped mine in the freezer for 30 mins and then transferred to the fridge but if you have more time it is sensible to let them come to room temperature before putting in the fridge!

- you can choose brown or white. Simply cook through with some almond milk, cacao, almond butter, syrup until really inguldent and rich and then serve with some coconut yoghurt, mini marshmallows and more chocolate!

s’mores baked oats with chocolate, bananas and strawberries 🍓🍫🍌 no better combination… @amber___eats

A must try for you guys🤩

RECIPE:
-
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
1/2 grated courgette (optional) with the water squeezed
out
1 tsp flaxseed
200 ml almond milk
Few vanilla flavdrops
1 tsp baking powder
Vegan marshmallows
Choc chips

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl before putting in a greased baking dish. Then top with vegan marshmallows & some chocolate chips- (I used bourneville buttons) bake for around 40 minutes on 170 Celsius

“rich & decadent rocky road; dark chocolate, crunchy biscuits & gooey marshmallows encased in a milk chocolate topping - a match made in heaven”🥰

RECIPE:

-Add 400g @bakewithstork butter, 200g
@droetkerbakingireland dark chocolate and 8tbsp @lylesgoldensyrup golden syrup to a Pyrex bowl
-Place in the microwave and heat on 30 second blasts, stirring after each one, until a smooth chocolate mixture is formed
-In a large bowl, crush around 1kg of biscuits - I had a mixture of @mcvities_ire digestives and rich teas, @aldi_ ireland Oaties with some @lotusbiscoffuk biscuits added for good measure
- Add 200g marshmallows (I used
@freedomconfectionery) and stir until combined
-Add the melted chocolate and quickly stir to coat all of the biscuits
-Transfer to a lined square tin and press down to flatten
-Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
-Melt 200g of chocolate and spread overtop to coat before leaving to set for another hour

Slice (with a proper big knife) & enjoy - chocolatey, gooey goodness😍
