Chewy cookies with chunks of chocolate and chewy caramelised marshmallows, heaven in a cookie ✨ @megsbakesncakes
-In a bowl, cream 250g butter with 200g brown sugar
-Add 2 tsp vanilla, 400g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cornflour
Stir in 1/3 cup milk until well combined
-Add 100g dark chocolate chips, 100g white chocolate chips, 100g Freedom confectionery marshmallows and 100g chopped digestives
-Separate the dough into 12 equal pieces
-Freeze for 30-60 minutes before baking at 180C for 12-15 mins
-Press a piece of chocolate and crushed digestive into each cookie as soon as they are out from the oven
-Allow to fully cool before eating
